A racquet built to be kept should be stood behind. This one is.
What is covered
Twelve months from delivery against manufacturing defects: delamination of the face, structural cracking not caused by impact, core failure under normal play, and faults in the lacquer or finish present at delivery. If we confirm a defect, we repair it where repair is honest, or replace the racquet — with the same edition number where stock allows.
What is not covered
Impact damage — glass, posts, the ground, your partner’s racquet mid-celebration. Heat damage from cars and boots (an EVA core does not forgive a 60-degree afternoon). Normal cosmetic wear, worn grips, and racquets modified outside our workshop.
Making a claim
Email hello@marispadel.com.au with your order number, a description, and three photographs: full face, the area of concern up close, and the throat. We respond within two business days with an assessment and next steps. If the racquet needs to travel, we pay the freight both ways for approved claims within Australia.
Beyond the warranty
Editions are never re-run, so we keep a small repair capability precisely because replacements are finite. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted honestly at cost. Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law; our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
