Shipping & Delivery

Australia

Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD — which includes every racquet. Orders under $150 AUD ship at a flat $12 AUD.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates: Sydney metro 1–3 business days; other capital cities 2–5 business days; regional Australia 3–7 business days.

Every order is sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your racquet leaves us.

Presentation

Each racquet ships inside its rigid MARIS presentation box, protected by an outer shipping carton. It arrives ready to gift.

International

We currently ship within Australia only. International ordering is coming — join the list and we'll write to you when your region opens.

Delays

If a carrier delay occurs we'll keep you updated by email. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase it or replace it.
