Refund Policy

We want you to keep this racquet for years — not because you're stuck with it.
14-day instant exchanges — free
If your racquet isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to exchange it, free of charge. Contact us, and we'll dispatch the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier — you don't wait for it to arrive back to us.
Returns
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the racquet is unused, in original condition, and in its original presentation box. Once received and inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Faults and damage
Every racquet is inspected, weighed, and recorded before dispatch. If your racquet arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or refund you in full — including shipping — under the Australian Consumer Law. Photograph any transit damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can also raise it with the carrier.
What's not covered
Normal wear from play (surface scuffs, grip wear) and damage from misuse or court impacts are not faults. We can still help — contact us about repair options.
How to start a return or exchange
Email us via the contact page with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid label (exchanges and faults) or return instructions.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
