This site is operated by MARIS (“maris”, “we”), Sydney, Australia. By purchasing you agree to these terms. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and will always offer a full refund where an error affects your order.
Editions and reservations
Edition numbers are assigned in order of completed reservation and are not transferable before delivery. A reservation is a purchase with stated future dispatch; it may be cancelled by you at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If we cannot deliver an edition, we refund in full — we do not substitute.
Delivery, returns, warranty
As set out on the Shipping, Returns and Warranty pages, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
The maris name, wordmark, the Bezel Hex device, the star texture, our photography and our words are our property. Admire freely; reproduce with permission.
Sensible things
Padel is a sport; racquets hit balls and occasionally walls. Use the equipment as intended. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies described in the Warranty and under statute. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
