The policy
Thirty days from delivery, for a full refund to your original payment method. The racquet must be unplayed and in its original condition — cover, box and edition card included. Hit a single ball with it and it is yours; we cannot renumber a played racquet into an edition.
How it works
Write to hello@marispadel.com.au with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (Australia) or instructions (elsewhere). Refunds are processed within three business days of the racquet arriving back in Sydney; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Reservations
A reservation can be cancelled any time before dispatch at no cost, and your number returns to the pool.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a racquet arrives faulty or is not as described, the remedies under the law apply in full — see also our Warranty.
