What we collect
When you order or reserve: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment confirmation (card details are processed by Shopify Payments and never touch our systems). When you join the list: your email. When you browse: standard analytics — pages viewed, device type, approximate region — used only to improve the site.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, assign edition numbers, honour warranties, answer your letters, and — only if you have joined the list — to send the occasional letter when an edition opens. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works the first time.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the house: Shopify (our store platform), our shipping carriers (name and address, for delivery), and our email service (email address, for the list). Never sold, never rented, never swapped.
